Terms

These terms apply when you order from Pyjama Day on this website or on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.

Orders

An order placed on the website goes to our team and is confirmed once we've checked it with you on WhatsApp. Until then, the pieces are held for you for 24 hours. We may decline an order, for example if a piece has just sold out.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price confirmed with you is the price you pay. You can pay cash on delivery, by Whish on delivery, or by Whish before delivery, in which case your order leaves once we receive the payment. Delivery is one flat fee, shown before you order.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon; our Delivery page has the details. Please check your phone number and address: after two missed delivery attempts, the order is cancelled.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. We may close an account that is misused.
