Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp first. Orders confirmed before 12:00 noon usually leave the same day; later ones leave the next working day. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days, depending on your area.
Delivery is one flat fee, the same everywhere in Lebanon. You'll see it in your bag before you place your order.
Our courier calls you before coming. If they can't reach you, they'll try once more. After two missed attempts the order is cancelled and the pieces go back on the shelf, so please keep your phone close.
