Pyjama Day ("we") runs this website and our WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook chats. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your order details: name, phone number, delivery address, the pieces you order and how you pay. • If you create an account: your email address or Google account, your wishlist, and the alerts you ask for (for example when a size is back). • Your messages with us on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. • Only if you press "Use my current location" at checkout: your location at that moment, kept with your order so our delivery team can find you. You can remove it before ordering. • Only if you accept cookies: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) cookies that measure which ads bring visitors to the shop.

Why we use it

To take, confirm, deliver and look after your orders; to answer your messages; to send the alerts you ask for; and, if you accept cookies, to measure our ads. We never sell your data.

Who helps us

Our own delivery team receives your name, phone number, address and, if you shared it, your location to bring you your order. Trusted service providers help us run the shop: website hosting, our chat inbox, email delivery and an AI assistant that may read your message to help us answer quickly. Meta receives ad-measurement data only if you accept cookies.

Your choices

You can decline cookies, or withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. To see, correct or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for our accounts. Everything else is kept only as long as we need it.
